Returns & exchanges
While we genuinely hope that you love everything you order from us, sometimes it isn’t quite right. When this is the case, you have 14 days from the day you receive your items to return them to us. After the 14-day period, the purchase is considered final and cannot be returned anymore.
Return
If you are not satisfied with an item and would like to return it, you are required to add the return form to the package when returning one of our products. Any return without a return form will not be processed.
The shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. AYVA cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to return:
- Fill out the return form stating your name, order number, date, article number, size, quantity and reason of return.

3. We will refund your money within 14 business days.
Note: Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all labels/tags attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your product. AYVA reserves the right to refuse returned items.
Returns for items purchased through AYVA are only accepted via post and not in person.
Exchange
For exchange, you can return the order as stated above and order the right product on our website. After we receive the return, AYVA will refund your money within 14 business days. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
